Episode 270: Do I Need a Clutter Coach?
Hi Friends,
Today we’re talking about the differences between hiring a professional organizer to help you organize, contain, and corral your belongings versus hiring a clutter coach; someone to walk alongside you unpacking (sometimes literally) why you struggle with getting rid of things.
Keep in mind that there is a crossover between the two, but some professionals prefer to come in and “beautify” a space- think of your Pinterest photos with color-coded legos and a drool-worthy pantry. While others are there to help get to the root of why you struggle with clutter and are more focused on progress rather than perfection.
Both options should provide strategies to help you change the behavior that has been contributing to the disorganization in your life. Having clarity on your needs and your goals can save you valuable time and money.
