Ep 287: Summer of Enneagram with Melissa Klug (E2) & Jennifer Kilbourne (E3)
Hi Friends,
Today we are continuing with our summer series on Clutter & The Enneagram and boy you are in for a treat!
Joining me today are my good friends Melissa Klug & Jen Kilbourne, aka: the dynamic duo from Pro Organizer Studio.
As business owners and professional organizers, I invited them on the show to talk about their Enneagram types-Melissa is an Enneagram 2 (the Helper) and Jen is an Enneagram 3 (the Achiever).
Although both types are in the heart triad (meaning that they are feeling dominant), there are some distinct differences in how they see the world, and how they relate and respond to clutter.
During our conversation we talk about
- The struggle to say “no”
- Setting healthy boundaries
- How clutter makes them feel (and what to do about it)
There was so much great content during our conversation we decided to split it up into two episodes.
Next week we will be back with Melissa & Jen to dig deeper into each of their types. Melissa talks about the importance of protecting your time as a Two, and Jen opens up about the value of physical organization for the mental well-being of Threes.
In the meantime, check out the links below for everything we discussed on today’s episode.
