LISTEN AND SUBSCRIBE TO OUR PODCAST
Hi Friends,
We’re back with another Ask An Expert question from our TOL community!
Joining me is Jenn Fredeman, a mom of 3, who works part-time, and is looking for strategies on how to stay organized while she plans her parents 70th birthday party.
During our conversation I shared lots of tips including:
- Time Blocking specific and recurring dates/times to work on the party planning
- Creating and sharing Google Sheets to assign tasks and responsibilities
- Developing a timeline so no details fall through the cracks
We also talked about the importance of delegating, leading and having clear, consistent communication with her core committee.
Whether you are planning a large event or a backyard bbq, this episode is filled with strategies for everyone.
For other party planning tips check out episode 388 where I share 5 tips for an organized party.
